Sam will lead the operation and a date of 29th January was suggested but this date is to be confirmed. Dave suggested that it might be a good occasion to introduce the sharing of CCTV information within the village. This was agreed.

4. The revised constitution for the PNW Group was adopted.

5. It was felt that the Group was unhappy to proceed further with the Local NHW Group meetings at this point but would await further information.

6. The Chairman was unable to give an accurate statement of the current financial situation but suggested that funds were low.

7. It was agreed to try to maintain 4 meetings each year but due to low attendance at this meeting it was not felt appropriate to propose the full year's programme. The next meeting was scheduled for 6th February 2017 in the Parish Rooms commencing at 19.30

8.  As there were no further items the meeting closed at 20.40
