Residents of Pollington may register with the Snaith & Rawcliffe Medical Group in Butt Lane, Snaith, DN14 9DY, telephone 01405 863 190. You should inform the receptionist of your wish to register and you will be invited to have an initial check with a health care assistant. This enables the Practice to record some basic information about you as it may be several weeks before your medical records are forwarded to them. It also gives you the opportunity to raise any concerns you may have about your health.
